Able SG organised a fundraising campaign on Giving.sg. In conjunction with ABLE's 13th anniversary, 13 heroes will be highlighted from the organisation, with an aim of rallying the public to donate generously to support clients in their rehabilitation journey. Target fundraising amount: $13,000.

At Adecco, we’re driven by a powerful purpose – making the future work for everyone. That is why we are donating 120 school bags to Children Wishing Well, to help children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds so as to make a difference in these children's lives through education and support.

AEM Singapore will be working with the RC near their premise to do a science games workshop for the children living in the rental blocks.

We are collaborating with Elite Commercial REIT Management and NPO Campus Impact to bring cheer and joy to the children this year-end festive season! The children will get to learn and experience firsthand how to create beautiful artworks using acrylic paint, which they can keep or give to whoever they would love to as a gift. The hands-on arts and craft activity will be conducted during the Study Buddy programme at the centre. We are also rallying our colleagues to join us in volunteering as facilitators during the session. We hope both volunteers and beneficiaries alike have a meaningful experience.

AETOS is partnering non-profit start-up, 'Go Green Sparks,' in an inaugural series of sustainability workshops called 'Go Green Camp for Good.' This Diwali, Alliance Healthcare Group partnered with Clementi GRC and People’s Association, to garner donations for care packs that were distributed to beneficiaries at Clementi. AmCham signed an MOU with NVPC during their 50th anniversary to drive collective action in Corporate Purpose and CSR. They organized a dialogue for members to learn about SG Cares Giving Week and rallied over 50 companies to join the campaign. The Chamber supports North-East Community Development Council’s Shaping Hearts Festival and their differently-abled artists by purchasing and displaying paintings in the AmCham office. AmCham donated $10,000 in speaker honorariums to the LKY Centennial Fund to support the development of Singapore youth.

To support our uniquely personalised care approaches and families with persons with dementia (PWDs) all over Singapore, we are fundraising and recruiting volunteers to enhance our programmes and improve PWDs’ quality of living. Volunteers will become wellness ambassadors in our Chan Kum Leong Club. This club provides a vibrant yet tranquil space with modern therapeutic activities for PWDs and caregivers. Volunteers play a crucial role in facilitating wellness activities, ensuring safety & promoting socialisation and continuous learning amongst PWDs.

Together with imPAct@Hong Lim Green and SPD, AOL organised 'Fit for All: Beyond Limits,' an inclusive fitness event designed to break boundaries and challenge everyone, regardless of abilities. The adaptive fitness program, open to persons with disabilities, creates a community fostering inclusivity and support for those with diverse abilities. AOL’s X-Offenders team up with PWD participants, motivating them to conquer 5 different exercises within a specific timeframe. This all-inclusive experience celebrates fitness and the power of inclusion in the community.

ART:DIS Singapore organised a fundraising campaign on Giving.sg, rallying the public to donate generously to their Light The Path Campaign. Each heartfelt $15 donation supports their mission of fostering disability inclusion. Donors receive a special limited-edition gift, and funds raised are matched dollar for dollar by the TOTE Board and will go towards opening new pathways and sustaining livelihoods for the disability community ART:DIS Singapore serves, especially urgent needs in the post school going years.

ACF, launched in September 2023, is a registered charity that provides philanthropy advisory and grant administration services.

Be Kind SG orchestrated a heartwarming volunteering effort, gathering 25 volunteers at the National Library Singapore to hand-craft Christmas cards for persons with disabilities in welfare homes. The venue was provided by the National Library Singapore. A remote volunteering activity allowed participants to craft cards from the comfort of their homes. Further spreading joy, Be Kind SG organized a Christmas Bus Tour for over 25 persons with disabilities from welfare homes, creating a festive experience to enjoy Christmas decorations.

We will bring back Beautiful People's peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, #ChoosetoChange, for the third year to amplify the positive impact of mentoring relationships through volunteer-initiated mini fundraising actions.

BCARE will be holding an online Charity Auction with special handmade items by our seniors. They include paper quilling art pieces as well as stylish pouches and bags made from recycled packaging. Tune in to our livestream on 14 December, where we will showcase these creations and also invite some of our seniors on screen! Support our seniors’ talents and take home a one-of-a-kind masterpiece! Auction is held in collaboration with HeartBid+.

We will organise an online fundraising campaign rallying support during the festive period.

Why I Give

During this festive period, we invite everyone to reflect on the importance of giving whether big or small. And as part of the campaign, Beyond is running a 12.12 Hope and Joy Giveaway – a giveaway with a difference. By making a donation to our cause, they’ll be helping some of Singapore’s lowest income earning families make better lives for themselves. They can choose to give $12.12, $121.20 or $1212, so anyone can give. Every cent does count when it comes to alleviating poverty and helping to create equality in society.

As a law firm, we have consistently given our time generously to various registered charities and third sector organisations as part of our aspiration to be A Friend to the Community. We provide pro bono legal advice to a number of organisations.

BlackRock Singapore hosted our inaugural GIVES Fair on 21 November, which showcased the incredible work of our seven social impact partners. More than 150 BlackRock colleagues gathered to learn about volunteer and fundraising opportunities, and discovered new ways to make a difference.

Career Day at BT - BT will host 20 students aged 12-15 years old from Children's Wishing Well on 1 Dec 2023 in our office. Showcasing a range of BT's technology, imparting important skillsets that are applicable to all areas of life, our team of 30 volunteers aim to ignite the desire to pursue further studies in STEM as the students progress to tertiary level, and eventually join the workforce.

Burger King Singapore will be organising an activity with an old folk's home, and are also sponsoring lunch for a Christmas party for the Children's Wishing Well.

Corporates will be partnering CampusImpact as both volunteers and sponsors to organize a range of activities during the school holidays! This is also in line with SG Cares Giving Week in December to bring cheer to the children in different programmes through volunteerism!

This year, Canossaville is excited to be partnering with Gardenia and Just Love Durian! Gardenia is generously providing 50 nutritious 100% Wholemeal Extra Soft & Fine Bread and 150 Cream Rolls as part of the care pack distribution, Project ROTI, benefiting 200 children and families. Additionally, Just Love Durian is raising funds for Canossaville! As a gesture of gratitude, 10 scrumptious durian dumplings, with a complimentary cooler bag, will be gifted to donors for every $100 donated to this campaign.

As an ecosystem builder, CapitaLand builds a common platform and leverages our resources and networks to do good together through #LoveOurSeniors initiative under CapitaLand Hope Foundation, to improve the quality of life of seniors in need.

CCSS will contribute to SG Cares Giving Week 2023 through a variety of activities. We have launched a fundraising campaign on Giving.sg, "Uniting Communities, Transforming Lives," in support of the 'Early Bird Special' segment. At Woodlands, we are organsing with community partners and FEO, a Christmas Family Carnival @ Woods Square on 9 Dec for 80 disadvantaged families with children. There will be games, dinner, performances, and gift sharing. For Toa Payoh, we will be organising a Dementia talk for the public and organising volunteering activities to engage the seniors.

A fundraising campaign (16 October to 31 December 2023) would be initiated on Giving.sg to garner the support of the public in making home health care accessible to our frail and chronic sick elderly so that they may age in place with dignity. Combining sustainability with community support, Carousell will organise the CareToGive campaign where we share stories about acts of giving on Carousell to inspire our users to list their unused items still in good condition for free during the year-end holiday season. These small acts of kindness when added up collectively can make a big difference for communities in need and the environment.

Catholic Welfare Services (CWS) operates three shelters for rough sleepers that are in need of accommodation support. These Shelters provide temporary accommodation for those in-need while they work with our Social Workers to secure permanent housing.

In this time of giving and sharing, let's not forget our fellow brothers and sisters in-need. Help us to provide for them, a place of safety, a place of fellowship and a place where they are cared for.

CPFB will conduct a food donation drive in partnership with Smiles Salam. It will consolidate and pack food items donated by CPFB staff before delivering them to Smiles Salam. CPFB will also conduct an event for CPFB staff to volunteer and interact with beneficiaries from MINDS as part of our quarterly engagements.

CPAS will create a Giving.sg campaign - Gift of Hope, to rally the public to donate to support our essential programmes and services. We will be looking to partner potential partners to fundraise and/or volunteer with our charity during Giving Week.

This year, the CAG Art Fair features art pieces of artists with special needs from Arts@Metta, TOUCH Community Services, Artably and Christian Tan (individual). Our campaign on Giving.sg supports children with chronic illnesses and their families. Each contribution helps to #buildresilient families by providing critical financial support to lower-income families and supporting them through the challenging periods of their lives. Another initiative, annual festive event Kris Kringle instils the spirit of giving and sharing for our children. This event, solely supported by corporates, allows our children to give back to others in return for the support and blessings that they have been continuously receiving from people who love and care for them.

Youth Corps Singapore will host the activity for the children in partnership with codeSpark Academy and Deloitte. Deloitte will support through volunteering efforts while codeSpark will provide materials needed to teach coding to the children. Altogether, we will collaborate to spark joy within the children’s’ lives through fun, engaging and educational sessions.

Corning SG partnered with our beneficiaries - Grace Haven and Haven to spruce up their facilities. With Grace Haven, employees came together to donate to specific needs. With Haven, we put in actual hours and work to clean and refurnish their Joy room, so children can enjoy a cosy place to unwind.

In collaboration with the SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Kreta Ayer & PCF Sparkle Care @ Kreta Ayer, Covenant Capital will be celebrating the birthday with the seniors from the Daycare Centre in the month of November. The team will be rallying the employees from Covenant Capital to step forward and volunteer with the seniors and will also be donating the birthday cake as part of the celebration.

Sketch o'Clock will see multiple local artists do live sketching and participating at the CS Comics tables during Singapore Comic Con on the 9th and 10th of December. These sketches will be priced according to the time (24 hour clock) they’re commissioned. E.g., a sketch commissioned at 11AM would cost $11, whil one commissioned at 3PM (1500hrs) would be $15. Subtracting any cost for the artists’ time and materials, all proceeds will be donated to an SG Cares charity.

DBS will be rallying our employees to volunteer this Giving Week 2023, through a myriad of activities. The programmes includes year-end carnivals and parties for children and families, Grant-A-Wish for children and families and helping out at the Art Faculty.
